Role Overview
As the Head of Growth / Vibe Marketing at Anyreach, you will spearhead our growth initiatives by leading two key areas:
- Internal Marketing Operations: Building and optimizing our marketing engine to scale lead generation channels and deliver measurable results in revenue, lead quality, and volume. More details here.
- Client-Facing AI GTM Services: Supporting clients with Done For You (DFY) go-to-market strategies powered by our Agentic AI, enhancing their marketing performance and KPIs. More details here.
This is a hands-on leadership role requiring an AI-savvy, data-driven marketer with a passion for experimentation and a knack for systems thinking. You’ll work closely with a dynamic team, leverage advanced tools, and align with Anyreach’s customer-obsessed, fast-paced culture to drive impact.

Responsibilities
Internal Marketing Operations
- Design and manage a scalable marketing operation to optimize lead generation across multiple channels.
- Take full ownership of key metrics: revenue, revenue per lead, lead quality, and lead volume.
- Develop and execute strategies to maximize channels such as cold email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, content marketing, partnerships, and website-driven leads.
- Continuously test and iterate on campaigns to identify high-performing tactics and eliminate inefficiencies.
Client-Facing AI GTM Services
- Build marketing operations to support clients leveraging our Agentic AI for their go-to-market (GTM) needs.
- Collaborate with clients to enhance their marketing strategies, driving improvements in revenue, lead volume, and other critical KPIs.
- Deliver tailored solutions, such as campaign execution, funnel optimization, and process automation, using Anyreach’s AI capabilities.
Leadership & Strategy
- Lead a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of accountability, experimentation, and rapid execution.
- Define and track SMART goals (Specific, Measurable, Assignable, Realistic, Time-related) to ensure alignment with company objectives.
- Optimize the full marketing funnel—acquisition, activation, retention, revenue, and referral—using data-driven insights.
- Identify operational gaps and implement solutions to streamline processes and scale impact.
Requirements
Must-Haves
- AI-Native Expertise: Proven experience with AI-driven tools, automations, or agentic platforms, ideally in a marketing context.
- Quantitative Demand Generation: Strong background in demand-gen marketing with a focus on measurable outcomes, funnel optimization (TOFU/MOFU/BOFU), and SMART goal-setting.
- Experimental Mindset: Comfortable running multiple campaigns, testing hypotheses, and iterating quickly based on results.
- Marketing Stack Mastery: Deep familiarity with modern marketing tools (e.g., CRM, email automation, analytics) and the ability to manage or step into any part of the stack as needed.
- Systems Thinking: Ability to break down complex problems, spot inefficiencies, and build scalable solutions using people, processes, or technology.
Skills & Experience
- Track record of driving revenue growth through innovative marketing strategies.
- Leadership experience managing teams and collaborating with sales or product functions.
- Analytical prowess with a passion for leveraging data to inform decisions.
- Familiarity with the following GTM tech stack / tools
- CRM (Attio, Hubspot, GoHighLevel)
- Email marketing infra and marketing automation (instantly.ai, directiq, pardot, Hubspot emails etc..)
- Content scheduling (positioning, brand voice, topic/content clusters, etc..)
- Nocode integration tools (N8N, Zapier)
- Analytics (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, A/b testing)
- SEO (Semrush)
- CMS (Wordpress, Ghost, Webflow)
- Social Channels & Paid Media (Linkedin, X.com, FB, Tiktok)
