The role

We build AI system designed to fully replace internal performance marketing teams and agencies.

As our first Senior Creative Producer you will:

• Set the creative plan for each client. Select the most effective video and image concepts to hit performance targets, and integrate successful patterns into our AI system.
• Bridge the gap while AI learns. Make quick, high-quality changes whenever the workflow isn’t automated yet.
• Systematize creative success. Translate winning hooks, formats, and visual styles into scalable templates the platform can deploy across hundreds of brands.

You bring

• A track record of performance. 5+ years of experience creating paid social ads that reduce CPA and improve ROAS.
• AI-native mindset. You actively explore and champion the latest AI tools, continuously pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in creative production and decision-making.
• Hands-on producer. Proficient in Premiere, After Effects, and generative AI tools.
• Data-led systems thinker. You interpret performance data, identify patterns, and translate them into scalable creative systems.
• Bonus: Experience with prompt engineering or building in-house creative tools
