We’re looking for a Creative Motion Designer who thrives at the intersection of motion design, creative producing and AI-driven innovation.

What you’ll do:

• Develop and produce engaging motion content for campaigns, social, and experimental formats.
• Collaborate on ideation and creative concepts — from rough ideas to polished visuals
• Use AI tools as part of your workflow to push creative boundaries and speed up production.
• Experiment with new formats, styles and storytelling approaches.
• Balance creativity with performance — creating visuals that not only look amazing but also deliver results.
• Help design and implement solutions for production automation to streamline workflows and scale creative output.

What we expect:

• Strong portfolio of performance marketing creatives (is a must)
• Proficiency in generative image/video models — Stable Diffusion, MidJourney, DALL·E, Firefly, Imagen, Veo, Kling, Runway Gen, Pika, Sora, Gemini/Nano Banana, and other cutting-edge tools (portfolio is a must)
• Middle/ Middle+/ Senior-level expertise in After Effects and solid knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite.
• Ability to think both conceptually & technically.
• Ability to take a reference and turn it into a high-performing creative from start to finish.
• Curiosity and interest in experimenting with new technologies and formats.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and with a genuine love for structure and order in creative workflows.
